Invite/increase participation by all inhabitants of target area
Where our mission is brought to reality
- Determine vision
- Identify and rank priorities
- Select at least one goal to achieve by August 21
- For each activity, develop program plan: Tasks, responsibilities ,due date, budget. Internal and external resources needed

Goals/Purpose:
- Build Contact info for all buildings, homes, businesses
- Create meeting notices and deliver to residents and businesses via flyer, e-mail, text message and phone call
- Create targeted membership benefits lists for residents, multi-unit owners and businesses
- Develop Block Facilitators to help with member recruitment and meeting reminders and flyer distribution
Tasks:
– Call members and potential members
– Contact building owners and businesses
– Deliver flyers
– Door to door membership outreach
– Update info on web site
