The Austin Weekly News newspaper placed CANA on the front page of this week’s paper. The title of the article is” New group says, ‘Yes we CANA”.
Several photos from our website were included with the article. A group shot, titled “Faces for Change” from our November 18th presence at the Police Board Meeting was on the front page. Later in the article was a photograph taken during our neighborhood street cleaning project.
We are pleased to see that CANA’s positive impact on our neighborhood has been recognized and highlighted. As quoted in the article “We want to work with all of Austin to accomplish our goals”.
