EMERGENCY HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
We urge you to take advantage of the heating assistance program and to distribute this important information to others. The Emergency Housing Assistance Program provides low-income families with grants to finance the cost of emergency furnace repairs and replacements. Repairs are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Applicants for this program must be owner-occupants of one to four unit properties, have no other means to pay for the repairs, and must meet income eligibility guidelines. There are household income limits. Call 311 for more information about the application process.
Beginning January 1st, you may call 311 to apply for assistance for Roof and Porch repairs and replacement. Roof and porch repair and replacement will be performed between April 1 and October 1.
