Seek methods and ways to increase level and type of services received.<\/p>\n<p>Where our mission is brought to reality<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine vision<\/li>\n<li>Identify and rank priorities<\/li>\n<li>Select at least one goal to achieve by August 21<\/li>\n<li>For each activity, develop program plan: Tasks, responsibilities ,due date, budget. Internal and external resources needed<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly status report for each meeting and post on web site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Facilitator:\u00a0 Bill Glass<\/p>\n<p>Goals\/Purpose:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Survey community residents on what services they need or would like to have.<\/li>\n<li>Identify City and Governmental services that community members can benefit from.<\/li>\n<li>Inform community members about available services through e-mail, text message, web site, flyer or phone call.<\/li>\n<li>Work with City or Agency to deliver identified services to members.<\/li>\n<li>Assist\u00a0members with any applications or requirements to qualify for\u00a0services.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with community members who have received services and inform city or agency how to improve quality or delivery of services.<\/li>\n<li>Work with City or Governmental agency to find new services and support for community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tasks:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Make Calls<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Write letters<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Meet with City and Agencies<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Maintain list of services<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Update web site,\u00a0 send e-mails, send text messages.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Call members, deliver flyers<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Survey community members on needs and satisfaction with services<\/p>\n<p>Please contact Ron Reid @ 708 308 8985 to be added to the volunteer list.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cana16.com\/?cat=9\" target=\"_blank\">Governmental Services Posts<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Governmental\u00a0Services Committee Overview: Identify services available \u00a0to our community from all levels of government.
